Call of Duty : Modern Warfare is now available for pre-load on PC and Xbox One in addition to PS4 , so you can install your preferred version to be ready for the upcoming test. Although the beta starts today , September 19 , for all platforms, only PC and Xbox One players will be able to access it during the first phase of testing this weekend . If you pre-order, you can do so via the Blizzard Battle.net client on PC, or you can access the closed beta by purchasing the Closed Beta key from our site .

The preload was officially activated after a successful first beta test from September 12-15. This was exclusive to PS4 owners, but another test scheduled for the weekend of September 19 is also available for PC and Xbox One pre-orders. This is the first test of the massive Ground War themed multiplayer mode and will include cross-platform play with other players. According to the announced information, this will be a customizable feature, you can opt out of cross-platform play if you only want to play with your own platform citizens.
