While Riot Games hasn't officially announced details about the next Valorant map , the developer has already shared teasers leading up to Fracture's release, and based on these hints, it looks like the new map will be set in Lisbon , Portugal .
Currently, there are only seven maps in Valorant: Split, Bind, Haven, Ascent, Icebox, Breeze, and Fracture. Because Valorant's knowledge takes place on Earth, each of these maps is usually located in a familiar real-world country or region. Haven is located in Thimphu, Bhutan; Rabat, Bind in Morocco and Tokyo, Split in Japan etc. And now, the clues say it's set in Lisbon, Portugal, so let's take a look at the clues.
The first clue that the new Valorant map was in Portugal was the Valorant lore emails left on Fracture. Riot Gameshas already confirmed that these messages are tied to the 8th Valorant map .
Before we jump into the emails, you should know that the two scientists are Oran and Ruben. Oran is from our Earth and Ruben is from Mirror Earth.
The emails first mention that Ruben's Mirror Earth includes a city-wide geo-dome with "tide forecasting."

The next "Test Results" email shows pre-trip checks. Players immediately noticed that Fracture has a board showing the departure time of a train station, and it shows the next train leaving for Lisbon, Portugal, so it looks like Ruben is heading to Lisbon in Mirror Earth.
The main menu of Episode 4, Episode 2 also shows Brimstone looking at the hologram that looks like a new Valorant map.
Data miner Disturbo has revealed another leak for the new Valorant map. A file was hidden in the files of the RiotX Arcane package that revealed the coordinates going directly to Lisbon, Portugal.

We have already seen that the main menu of Neon powers the portal and in Episode 4 Part 3 there is an animation of the portal active in the main menu. Pontes was also traveling to Mirror Earth, but the biggest teaser about the next map being set up in Lisbon, Portugal was shown in the form of a Battle Pass player card.
As Cynprel points out on Twitter, the player card shows Ruben and Oran on the Eléctrico 27 Tram in Omega Earth, Portugal, Lisbon:

The tram shows a logo of Kingdom Industries found in Mirror Earth. As the geo-dome and tide forecasting tips suggest, the tram is located in an underwater city covered by a dome, and there is an actual tram route in Lisbon, Portugal.

On May 19, Valorleaks noted a voicemail from Fade that revealed she saw a "place of secrets" in the minds of the people of Lisbon.

This card, found at the end of the current battlepass, depicts the Eléctrico 27 Tram carrying Rúben and Oran through an underwater tunnel.

On May 23, Riot Games posted new images of the new Valorant map on social media.
The posts read, "Something special is bubbling up in VALORANT. Get ready for aquarium week."
On May 24, Riot Games announced the aquarium-themed Neptune weapon skin pack, but it looks like more will be revealed during Aquarium week.

Now clues have told us that Mirror Earth's 8th Valorant map will be set in Lisbon, Portugal. So, when can we expect it to be added to the game?
Riot Games hasn't officially announced when the new Valorant map will be released, or any clear details about it, so everything is just speculation for now. But to make a guess, a new map has been added to the game in each new episode of Valorant. Episode 1, Icebox added; Added Chapter 2 Breeze and Chapter 3 Fracture, so Chapter 4 is the only chapter missing.
The time difference between the release dates of the previous maps was about 5-6 months, while the new Portugal map (most likely) took longer to come out than the others. Based on this, we can assume that the new Valorant map will be released in Episode 5 Part 1, which will likely be released around July 7, 2022.
