As the 2021 season of PUBG Mobile Esports draws to a close, the excitement about the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 (PMGC 2021) is at its peak. The tournament features a massive $6 million prize pool, the largest in PUBG Mobile Esports history . Unlike others in this year's World Championship qualifiers, teams around the world will compete in their respective countries' Pro Leagues and will be selected according to the PMGC point system . Points earned by teams in the two seasons of the PMPL (League Stage and Finals) will be taken into account. A single team from each of the twelve regions running their local Pro Leagues will qualify for PMGC 2021 through PMGC points .

PMGC 2021 will host 40 teams divided into league divisions East and West. The PMGC 2021 East and West League will compete five days a week.
It will be an all-out battle where all 20 teams compete for two days, followed by a Super Weekend for three days where the top 16 teams of the week will compete to earn championship points .
After the three Super Weekends, the 16 teams with the most points will qualify for the grand final by qualifying for the division finals.
The PMGC 2021 grand final will receive the top nine teams from the East final, the top six teams from the West final, and an invited team for the final team standings.

The two teams from China will be selected based on the annual points of the PEL Championship, which will be collected at the end of the fourth season of PEL 2021.
