On November 3, Day[9] and the StarCraft II Development team met to discuss the next step of the game . There are lots of exciting changes, including new Co-op content, Multiplayer design changes, additions to the War Chest, and the transition to Free-to-Play.
New Co-op Content:
Meet Han and Horner, the new Co-op Commander. Matt Horner is the tactical Admiral of the Dominion Fleet, and his better half, Mira Han, commands his reckless and explosive-loving mercenaries.
As the winner of the Rock the Cabinet 2017 community map challenge, we are excited to present a new Co-op Challenge: Part and Parcel. In this mission, the parts needed to repair the secret weapon Balius will be collected and battled against hybrid (Hybrid) monsters.
Multiplayer Design Changes:
* To reduce abrupt ending games.
* To make the support units effective in less numbers.
* Increasing the player's control over the game state.
* Making sure units play unique roles.
Free to Play:
With options like the Starter Pack, Legacy of the Void, and The Complete Collection, it's not clear which edition to choose. That's why the name of the Game from StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void is being changed to StarCraft II. With this change, free-to-play content is introduced for each game mode.
War Chest 2 :
Contains three new military camouflages (skins), and the second war chest contains the Purifier Protoss, Primal Zerg, and Mira's Marauders.
