For those of you who are not aware of the current rising situation with the Omen and its "Out of the Shadows" ability, let us tell you. After Valorant 1.07, servers were seeing a bug where Omen could teleport from spawn obstacles and even become invincible if his ult was used in a certain way. Omen players in Valorant shared this on Bind , where they only needed to deposit 100 credits to have a huge advantage over the enemy. Teleporting through the spawn barrier during the purchase phase is a violation of the game, Riot took the right step to disable Omen before finding a fix for this issue in Valorant.
A new Omen exploit on Bind lets him break through the #VALORANT spawn walls before the round begins 👀 https://t.co/yydnfDRsrj

Moreover, the pre-round exploit wasn't the only thing that made Omen the most corrupt Agent on the map . He even came up with an invincibility exploit:
At the end of a turn, if the Omen player uses the ultimate at the right time, Omen will spawn in the invincible position. And from now on, no firepower or Raze ultimate will be able to take him down.
Riot will have editing plans for Omen as soon as possible.
