After being in closed beta for two months, Riot Games ' popular tactical shooter Valorant will make its official PC debut on June 2 . Tactical FPS, which shares a lot of similar features with Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, will be free. It will be playable in "the majority of regions around the world", including North America and Europe. Valorant will officially launch in June, with Riot Games confirming that the game's closed beta will end on Thursday, May 28 . This will give the studio an opportunity to reset player accounts and patch new content. When the game launches on June 2 , the current Valorantplayers will have to start from the same place as those who will play the tactical FPS game for the first time.

Shortly after Valorant 's official launch, Riot Games will be rolling out loads of new content. This includes additional game modes, characters, maps and more. Again, on top of all this, Riot Games will provide more servers to meet the demands of the game. Located in Atlanta, Dallas, London, Madrid and Warsaw, these new servers will help reduce Valorant 's lag so the player experience is as smooth as possible. In other Valorant news, Riot Games recently released a ranked mode in the game's closed beta. Ranked mode allows you to play the game at a more competitive level; but ValorantAll progress you have made will be deleted when it is officially launched. Riot has not yet confirmed whether the mod will be active in the full version, but there is no reason why it shouldn't.
