Valorant 3.09 patch notes will be available in the meta tomorrow. The last few Valorant patches contain regular bug fixes and routine procedures such that some of the changes introduced in update 3.08 include progress updates such as report feedback, account level hiding.
After the last patch notes, you can now lower the level of the effects you receive on your weapon skins. This feature is now available in the game, as some players have expressed too much that they do not like the effects they turn on completely. Before the current patch was released, leaks suggested that Omen would receive a buff, but this did not happen. So in patch 3.09, a buff is expected on the Controllers side, especially on Omen.
With the usual release schedule, we expect the 3.09 patch date to be Tuesday, November 2 or Wednesday, November 3. The current Battle Pass expires on November 2, so it would make sense to release it right after the new patch.

Riot apparently accidentally brought in a Jett nerf for agent Jett before the date they didn't want, or at least wanted. The community is generally happy with this change, they think the agent is now more compatible with other characters and they are not mistaken. Changes in movement abilities have made it less likely to fly over your head and ruin your day, or the increased currency change has made the agent's abilities more sparing.

"Jett's time to weapon after being thrown and his Updraft ability were higher than they should have been. We realize this is a game bug, but we don't think it's causing enough issues to break the game or break ranked game integrity. We probably won't have a fix until patch 3.09."
When a new Valorant agent was planned to be released, the curiosity of the players naturally increased because we haven't seen a new agent for a long time. However, some players think Chamber will make a very strong debut. Some games, like Seer in Apex Legends, have introduced extremely powerful new characters to the detriment of the rest of the roster. It is too early to say how strong Chamber will be, but the developers, which extended the agent, which is planned to be released in the new part, to patch 3.10, postponed the release date of the agent in order to provide players with a good experience and gameplay. That's why players are both nervous and excited about how he will play when he enters the game. Hopefully it's compatible enough with the rest of the agents and doesn't destabilize the methane.

The Valorant Control Specialist category currently has 4 agents. Astra and Viper are 2 agents really worth a look, while Omen and Brimstone have been in the background for months and that needs to change. An Omen buff is expected on the horizon. If the rumors are true, we could see it in contention with Astra and Viper. Brimstone is rather passive compared to the other 3 agents. His smokes have the least range, and the rest of his kit is incredibly weak. The player base agent needs major buffs before they even consider playing again. Otherwise, it would be a big mistake for Valorant to see this situation remain the same.
After lowering the power of Skye's flashes in a recent update, Riot said they will be monitoring her for possible changes. However, after players have seen and used it in the current patch, most agree it is in a good spot. He's still strong but no longer crosses the line between duelist and vanguard.
In general, this is what players expect from the Valorant 3.09 patch . The last few patches have been pretty quiet, but the new Battle Pass will liven up the meta. Stay tuned for more Valorant news!
