"Naughty Dog" has released a new trailer for The Last of Us 2, and as we expected, we're in for a tense trailer. While infected zombies are occasionally featured in the trailer, much of the trailer showcases violence among survivors, and Ellie seems emotionally affected by the plot.
In the trailer, we see how Ellie, who has been through a lot of trouble carrying the burden of the past on her back and eventually turned into a fierce warrior, is psychologically affected by this dystopian world. She interacts with Joel several times in the trailer and sees some truly terrifying images. In one scene of the trailer, he shows a body full of arrows and corpses in a mall.
The Last of Us 2 is coming to PlayStation 4 on June 19th. The new release date was released after an unspecified delay caused by the coronavirus pandemic. PS4-exclusive Ghost of Tsushima was also given a July release date, which was delayed by a month as previously scheduled for June.
