Riot Develops 1v1 Mod For Valorant, According To Leaks
Leaks have been published that Riot Games is developing a 1v1 arena game mode for Valorant. Check out for details.

It's been a while since Riot Games released a new game mode for Valorant , but a recent leak says the much-anticipated 1v1 mode is coming to the game. Currently, players can choose from six different game modes when they launch Valorant. These modes are basically divided into Build/Destroy style matches or Deathmatch.

The 1v1 mode will be completely different from anything players have in the game. While players can duel in Custom Games, a separate game mode for it would be a refreshing addition to many.

As you can see, the picture highlights what appears to be some kind of beta testing for a possible 1v1 arena mode . ValorLeaks then has more information from its sources suggesting that this is the best of the 10 or 13 designs.

While the rules are self-explanatory, details about the leaked 1v1 mode also remain scarce. As players compete in multiple rounds of individual gunfights, smaller pieces of the various maps are sure to be cut. Exactly what weapons you'll get, the number of rounds needed to win, and whether there's 1v1 ranking potential are still unclear.

Another mode called Quickplay was also included in the image shared by Valorleaks. Fans think this could be an intense version of the Unrated mod with less bullets.

New Valorant Leak Announces 1v1 Arena Mode Coming to Game

To keep its ever-growing fan base engaged, Riot maintains a steady stream of changes and additions to maps, agents, mods, and weapons in Valorant. The popular FPS already has a robust ecosystem of weapon skins that players spend big bucks on, and the game has seen a meteoric rise in popularity since its launch in 2020.

Players specifically stated that they wanted the 1v1 game mode with both ranked and unranked options . They also noted that Riot may enforce the restriction that only one site can be accessed on the map at a time with limited or locked abilities, so it's fair considering the game will only contain two players.

Given that all this is in development and Riot hasn't made an official statement on the matter, there's a good chance Valorant fans won't see the 1v1 mode in-game in the near future.
