Rainbow Six Siege developer Ubisoft is testing out some major Operator changes on the game's PC test server. In short, Nokk and Glazz were buffed , while Shield Operators were nerfed . Shield characters - Recruit , Blitz , Fuze and Montagne - will have reduced accuracy when firing in the hip position. Additionally, melee attacks with ballistic shields will no longer kill enemies in a single hit. Jackal

, another Operator in the game, was also nerfed. jackalif it detects you, you will be tracked for a total of 20 seconds (your location will be refreshed four times in that question) - this used to take about 25 seconds before being nerfed.

The following notes were shared for the last two nerf information. The devastating effect of Echo 's sonic booms will have their duration reduced from 10 seconds to 7, and Maverick 's breach torch will be louder. Buff notes have also been shared, as Nokk 's ability will last 12 seconds longer with a 12 second refresh.

Meanwhile , Glaz has received a new update along with the vision advantage. It took longer to activate in the old patch, so (reduced from 6 seconds to 2.5 seconds), it will be a little more effective on the move.
