Old Point System Will Be Used in PMCO
Leaving 2020 behind, Pubg Mobile Club Open Spring Split continues from where it left off with online tournaments in 2021. The point system used in 2019 will be used in the tournament. Details are in the article.
PUBG Mobile Esports 2021 season has recently kicked off with the PUBG Mobile Club Open: 2021 Spring Split online qualifiers. In total, 27 regions will compete for a massive $1.6 million prize pool. Three matches on the Erangel, Sanhok, and Miramar maps were played between 19:00 and 21:00 GMT across the 27 competing regions. The online qualifiers, which will run until February 7, 2021, will determine the teams that qualify for the group stage of the tournament. Teams can play 21 matches, and their best two matches from each map (6 matches in total) will be added to the overall scoreboard. Vikendi map will not be part of PMCO 2021 Spring Split. The reason for not using the map is not yet known. PUBG Mobile this yearofficials decided to use the old scoreboard for score calculation. This tabo was used in the past in the online qualifiers of PUBG Mobile Spring Split 2019. PUBG Mobile 2021 Tournament Point System The team that secures the win during a match will be awarded 30 points, while the second and third places will be awarded 22 and 19 points respectively. Each kill will count as a single point. The rest of the positions earn the specified points as you can see in the image below; 
This scoreboard greatly supports the team that achieved a higher ranking. Even if the team's kills aren't high, making sure to finish in the top three is pretty important. Officials also announced that the new balanced scoreboard will be used after the group stage. This systemIt was introduced during PUBG Mobile Pro League Season 2 and has been used in every major event thereafter. This point system gives 15 points to the team that secures the win, while 12 and 10 points to the second and third team. Each kill is rewarded with a single point. The rest of the positions are rewarded with points in the table below; 
This balanced scoreboard rewards performance throughout the tournament. Likewise, the lower ranked teams are given a chance to make a comeback. It also adds excitement to the tournament for spectators and offers them a fun-to-watch match.
