Bandai Namco has released two more character trailers for Code Vein , the company's upcoming action RPG game . While the first trailer focuses on Mia Karnstein, these two newcomers support ex-mercenary Yakumo Shinonome and investigator Louis.
He acts as an unlikely "friend", each presenting his own questline that travels with the player, assists in battle, and influences Code Vein 's overall story.
As the player fights their battles in the world of Vein, a cursed landscape destroyed below the Beast and crushed by The Lost, they will begin to unlock secrets such as what happened to the Avengers home and why. To survive, players must rely on their friends and Code Vein's tough endurance-based combat.
At first glance, Yakumo Shinonome seems like a much more casual friend compared to Mia. However, it quickly becomes clear that the man also has a troubled past. He can't remember the summary, but he knows he has good friends and can't understand why he left them behind.
Unlike the other two, Louis does not have a surname. His trailer also gives the least amount of support to his character. Despite his youth, Louis is the leader of the Avengers and must find a cure for his Revenants' growing darkness. Louis fights with the Ogre-style Blood Veil, which transforms into a giant claw that looks straight from the prototype.
Code Vein will be released on September 27 in Japan and September 28 worldwide. The game launches on Xbox One , PS4 and PC .
