Various rewards await you with spectator missions, details are in the article.

Spectator quests are back, and you can now earn various rewards by completing them! Missions can be completed entirely by watching matches on lolesports. Once you complete each mission, you can move on to the next mission. You can view the rewards and progress you get during the missions by logging into your LoL account in the missions section. Below is the full list of rewards and these rewards can only be earned from these missions, so there is no possibility of obtaining them differently.
