In the LoL 13.2 patch notes, Brawler items and ADCs are getting some updates to help them dominate.

League of Legends isabout a few weeks away from the 2023 season . A new game mode is coming soon with many updates. The new ranked season will come with a number of nice changes. There's also a Moon Festival for the gameand a special Welcome Event for SEA players.

Some of the patch 13.1 changes are; Major Jax updates were Seraph's Compassion rework and more. Legendary skins have also been added to the meta. All these are interesting changes for the start of the year. In the new patch notes , however, Fighter items and ADCs are getting some updates to help them dominate. Finally, there are the usual buffs and nerfs to keep things under control.

LoL Patch Notes 13.2: Champions, Items, Skins

As noted, disastrous changes are coming to League of Legends this patch. Highlights of the patch include Fighter Items and ADC-centric changes. Other than that, there are some champion rebalances like nerfing Kassadin to keep things under control.

All the changes coming to Annie

These changes will allow Annie to survive fights more and make Tibbers a greater threat.

Basic Stats:
- Scaling Mana Regen: 0.8 >>> 1.0.
Passive – Arsonist:
- Stun is now available at game start and at respawn.
W – Fire:
- Mana Cost: 90 – 110 >>> 70 – 110.
E – Flame Shield:
- Shield Potency: 40 – 220 (35% AP) >>> 40 – 220 (55% AP).
- Can now deflect only one enemy damage per shield. Tibbers' duplicate shield counts as a new shield.
- Damage Reflection: 20 – 60 (+20% AP) >>> 30 – 90 (+40% AP).
- Damage is deflected from Ability hits and Attacks.
R - Summon: Tibbers
Tibbers:
- HP: 1300 – 3100 (+0% AP) >>> 1300 – 3100 (+75% AP).
- Resistance: 30-90 (+0% AP) >>> 30-90 (+5% AP).
- Movement Speed: 350 >>> 350/375/400 (with degrees).

Empowered champions

Only four champions receive buffs Orianna, Zoe, and Lillia.

Weakened champions

Most of the champions on this list deserve nerfs. Kassadin and Ryze are the two strongest mid laners in the current patch. They were also very strong as Heimerdinger, Maokai, Udyr and Yuumi respectively. Finally, other minor nerfs to balance things out.
