In patch 11.3, items were evaluated based on their properties and categorized in five different ways across a wide range of items; fighter, enchanter, marksman, tank and survival items. Also provided balancing, nerf and buff updates for some champions.

LOL CLIENT: Game invites now play audio if you have another pending invite.
Players who are detected to leave the computer or quit the game after a ranked match will receive a notification that their LP amount has decreased. This penalty will apply to both wins and losses. Other players in the lobby will also be notified that the player who is detected leaving the computer or quitting the game will earn less LP in their next few games. If the player normally exceeds 100 LP but stays below 100 LP after the penalty, they will not be promoted.

Items that damage enemies now trigger Tahsildar's execution effect.
Tahsildar's execution effect now triggers on targets with the Dance of Death.
Absolute exploitation of Blackening and Celestial Array now work correctly after items have been upgraded with Ornn's Passive - Living Hearth ability.
The sound effect played when the player gains dragon soul no longer replays when the player kills Red Scarecrow or Blue Sentinel.
The dragon spirit VFX no longer disappears on death and reappears when the player kills Red Scarab or Blue Sentinel.
Emperor's Edict's Coordinated Shot passive now goes on a 6 second cooldown when champions are slowed or immobilized.
Fixed a bug that caused Smite to have a longer cooldown if used before jungle monsters spawn.
Added a new UI where Gangplank can upgrade his ultimate with Silver Snakes! Be sure to check this out while you're at your base. After all, no one forgets to get upgrades while on the base.
