Fixed Bugs

• LOL CLIENT: Eternals progression no longer covers up votes of appreciation in the post-game lobby.
• LOL CLIENT: We cleaned the code to reduce Javascript errors for an important plugin that was run before champion selection.
• Fixed a bug where you had to press Shift and Enter twice to say "gg wp" after the center exploded.
• Soraka can no longer maintain her movement speed increase while a low-health Yuumi is attached to her.
• Fixed a bug where Rift Herald would occasionally not damage turrets.
