Fortnite Season 5 has officially kicked off today with a new challenge and World Collide event bringing a brand new area of the map, Rifts to send players into the sky and Karts to transport your entire team. Along with all the new additions, a few changes have been made to the mobile version of the game, including the addition of Fortnite mobile autofire .
Auto Fire , which allows the player's weapon to fire automatically when the target comes from an enemy in range, is now accessible with the new update. This new option makes the touchscreen easier to manage, so you would previously have to hold it down to swipe towards the target and shoot with your thumb. After updating the game one can enable autofire by selecting Custom HUD Layout and then Fire Mode. There are three options here: Tap-to-Fire , Dedicated Fire Button , and Autofire , which one you choose is entirely up to you.
There are also a few bug fixes for those playing on iPhone and iPad. Thermal Scoped AR will now have appropriate visual effects and edits on all devices, vehicle passengers can now detonate Remore explosives.
