The coronavirus ( COVID-19 ) pandemic has caused the football game around the world to be cancelled, which has affected FIFA 20 . The Team of the Week feature for FIFA Ultimate Team has been temporarily changed to allow players to invest during the downtime.
Team of the Week Moments draws historical results from past FIFA Ultimate Team games, but players' stats and teams will be based on current upgrade paths. The rosters themselves will be reflections of Team of the Week teams on select teams from March to distinguish them from the more recent FIFA 20 Team of the Week rosters.
The new Team of the Week system replaces Team of the Week in several areas including FUT Champions rewards, card packs, weekly featured squad battles, FUT objectives, and draft mode. If Team of the Week is available again later this year, it will replace Team of the Week Moments, and current Team of the week packs will include some items from week 26.
These changes reflect the PS4, Xbox One and PC versions of FIFA 20. The Switch version of the game , FIFA 20 Legacy Edition , will use the week 26 squad until league play resumes.
