The developer team stated that the PC issues are slowly being resolved. Following the launch of Cyberpunk 2077 , fans asked developer CD Projekt Red to acknowledge the game's problems and make improvements. The team took these requests into account and prepared their plans for the coming months.
The developer began his speech with an apology for the game's initial state. This is more geared towards console gamers who are seeing some ridiculous bugs and performance issues. Sure, console systems use technology older than 2020, but such poor performance is unacceptable for a game that was announced before the PS4 and Xbox One systems were released.

The statement does not exclude PC. CD Projekt Red offered its first apology, setting out its plans for the future. A second patch will drop after the first patch in a week. The first patch addressed general stability issues along with the much talked about epilepsy issue. CD Projekt Red has not detailed what innovation the second patch will include.
Patches coming in January and February have a set plan to address some of the most glaring issues console gamers face. In fact, the statement ends by letting PC gamers know they won't be forgotten, and regular updates and fixes will improve the game on PC.
