According to the news on the Riot Games official site:

"The 2020 World Championship Clash Event is coming! Compete in a group of 16 teams to win even more glorious rewards and a trophy inspired by the Summoner's Cup. Check out the Clash tab in the client for schedule and details!"

Fixed Bugs/Quality of Life Changes

LOL CLIENT: Home, Profile and other tabs no longer appear above update progress on new accounts.

LOL CLIENT: LoL Client's log files now conform to the maximum file size.

LOL CLIENT: Fixed a bug where in-game settings could not be adjusted from the client.

LOL CLIENT: When in delete mode for rune pages in the Collection tab, the page no longer automatically scrolls to the top after deleting a rune page.

Increased the number of test changes that prioritize matching teams with closer skill levels.

LeaverBuster penalties are now more frequent. This is especially true for players who leave the computer and exit the game in ranked games.

Lux no longer slows enemies more than intended when she reactivates her E - Burst of Light while knocked up.

When Lulu dies while being duped by Illaoi's E - Spirit Trial ability and E - Grow up with Pix on herself, her team can no longer gain permanent vision in the area.

Illaoi's W - Swipe Swipe can no longer destroy enemies' spell shields and always deals full damage to the targeted enemy.

Updated Vladimir's Q - Transfusion tooltip to include information about healing reduction for minions.

Updated Evelynn's Passive - Demon Shadow tooltip to have a 2-second cooldown of 1.5 seconds.

Sylas no longer loses mana when her R - Extortion steals Shyvana's R - Fury of the Dragon.

Some empowered attacks from champions with Dead Man's Armor no longer grant double stacks of Conqueror.

Adjusted the AoE VFX for Zoe Master of Magic and Zoe Master of Magic for Prestige Series' E - Evil Sleeping Bubble ability to match the ability's duration.

Fixed a bug where a received costume frame would not appear in the Collection tab until the client was restarted.

Winter Wonder Orianna's R - Command: Shockwave twinkle VFX no longer appears inside structures.

Fixed a bug that caused Journey Kayn to grow and shrink when marked by an enemy.

Sound played when Vayne hides using Q - Tumble while R - Final Preparation is active can now be heard by enemies without being interrupted.

PROJECT: Vayne now plays a metallic sound instead of a blood/flesh sound when hit by an enemy attack.
