Valorant Champions Tour 2022 Challengers Turkey preliminaries have been opened. The second run of the VCT, scheduled for 2022, will seek to build on the success created during the opening matches. Many new initiatives and changes have been announced for 2022, including the creation of national leagues, expansion of Game Changers, changing the Challengers format , incorporating "off-season" events run by third-party organizers, and more.

There have been many changes to the VCT 2022 format , but the general lines are still the same. The winning teams in each region will need to compete in the Challengers stages before the final Champions and Masters tournaments.
However, instead of the three stages of Challengers and Masters events before Champions in December this year, there will currently be two stages before a Champions event in September. The last months of the year will be reserved for “off-season series and events” run by third-party organizers.
The main events also change for each Challengers stage. Instead of three separate double elimination groups for each Challengers main event resulting from open qualifiers, each Challengers stage will feature one elimination leading to a seven-week main event, with a five-week rematch culminating in a double elimination.
During the registration and qualifying phase, all teams will be audited for cheating to verify their eligibility to participate in the VCT 2022 tournament .
♦ Day 1 – Three map matches/will be played in BO3 format
♦ Day 2 – Three-map matches/ will be played in BO3 format
♦ Day 3 – Top 4 teams will advance to Closed Qualifiers
♦ Day 4 – Closed Qualifiers begin. Double qualifiers will be held and the winning team will go to the main event.
♦ Day 5 – Closed Qualifiers
♦ Day 6 – Closed Qualifiers
♦ Day 7 – Closed Qualifiers

Lobby settings
The team on the left must open the lobby and invite the opposing team to the lobby and must have a tournament manager to host the lobby. The task of the tournament manager is to add the captains of both teams to the lobby for the top 8 teams and further rounds.
In VCT 2022 Challengers Turkey qualifiers, each team has the right to stop the match for a total of 10 minutes. You can stop the match several times, but you must not exceed the time limit and you must explain the reason for stopping the match before or immediately at the time of suspension. If you exceed 10 minutes, you may be disqualified or penalized.
Teams are entitled to 2 Tactical Timeouts not exceeding 60 seconds per map. If the map goes to overtime they will be entitled to an additional timeout.
