Valorant Ranked Mode Active!

Valorant beta has been almost a month old, but a big new addition has arrived: Ranked Mode. Riot Games announced the add-on in its recent patch notes, but noted that the feature will be in the near future for those entering the beta. Ranked Mode will allow you to play at a more competitive level, but as this is beta, any progress you earn will be removed when the full game launches this summer. This means adding the rank simply means taking it step-by-step. In a tweet announcing the rankings were unlocked , Riot Games stated that it reserves the right to turn off this mode "if things get weird".

In the next 30 minutes we're going to turn ranked on in North America.

If all goes well there, we'll turn ranked on in Europe after the hotfix patch (so after 9:30AM CEST on May 1).

As stated in the tweet above, Ranked Mode is currently only active on the Nort Ameria (NA) servers, if there is no problem and the expected results are obtained, it will come to the European servers as well. Other updates introduced in the patch include gameplay and balance changes, map updates, UI, and tweaks to the spectator mode.

Valorant got off to a fast start after being released in early April, even ahead of its official launch. To help ensure the launch is in the best possible condition , Riot Games is also offering a reward for those who find it open.
