"Valorant" players are seeing issues with "Shooting".

Valorant players are seeing some issues with firing after the new patch.

Valorant III. The curtain has arrived. Along with it comes a new map, changes to the Deathmatch mode and competitive matchmaking, and a new agent to be released later. Valorant players are ready to do anything to reach Radiant status.

Unfortunately, some players are having shooting issues. In fps game, the main way to kill enemies is to shoot. Shooting issues in Valorant received criticism from a group of players who wanted a quick fix so they could enjoy Act III .

Visual Confirmation Delay

A Reddit post on r/ValorantCompetitive addressed the delay that comes with visual confirmation of a shot link. The Reddit user notes that there was a delay of about 8 frames from Valorant upon confirmation of the shots. In the broadcast, the actor shares two videos. One is in Valorant and from CS:GO. The difference is huge, as CS: GO confirms a shot within 3 frames.

The player tested this across Valorant's multiple game modes to make sure it wasn't an issue in Deathmatch mode alone . The problem is that the shot may seem like it ends in a single spot at first before confirming where it actually hits. This can cause problems with realignment. A player may misadjust because he thinks the shot is going where it didn't.

Misfire While Shooting

In another Reddit post, a Valorant player is having trouble with the new patch. Several answers agree that this is a problem. The problem at hand is in-game stuttering and stuttering when they shoot at an enemy. After the patch was released, the game would crash when killing an enemy.

The user explained that this only happens in unrated or competitive games  within Valorant and not in any other mode. Misfire can occur when a shot is finished or in the middle of a fight, causing players to lose duels. Most flashbacks state that this only happens in gunfights with another player, not when they randomly fire on the map.
