One of the NPCs that came with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt's Blood and Wine addon says that he has a sword called Needle and can wield it with his left hand. He also asks if the winter season is coming. The character, known simply as the Girl (Girl), is actually a reference to Arya Stark from Game of Thrones.
