Tactical Wars Set 8.5 is only a short time away from its release date. Riot Games is gearing up for the official launch of the new set 8.5 Glitched Out! and is releasing a major PBE patch focusing on champions, features, and hero add-ons.
No major changes are planned for the rest of the week, as the team plans to let the meta settle before the launch in patch 13.6 , according to game designer Stephen "Mortdog" Mortimer.
Ashe is receiving a significant buff; Spell bonus attack power increased by 20% to 60%. Pyke is a candidate to become one of the strongest champions of the TFT Set 8.5 meta with the update it received. There are a few changes in Riftwalker and Hacker in patch 13.6 notes.
Twisted Fate is three-star buffed along with Warwick, Janna's three-star magic damage and Aatrox's HP upon transformation are reduced. And Kai'Sa will now take advantage of Quickdraw before casting her spell once.

The ADMIN feature is being updated in patch 13.6, prior to the release of TFT Set 8.5. Most of the changes are minor; deals with healing, attack damage, ability power, and attack speed, as well as health from various causes.
According to Mortdog, Zac in his Riftwalker trait gets a slight rework with the current unit, giving Zac a priority when "breaking ties for equidistant units". Stats have also been adjusted for Zac, base health reduced from 700 to 175 and base attack damage reduced from 50 to 12. To compensate for other changes, scaling per star level has been strengthened and increased from 25% to 150%. Compared to Zac's previous rebalancing, players will see a decrease in strength up to six star level, followed by an increase in health and attack power.
Quickdraw was empowered on all three breakpoints, increasing bonus damage from 50/90/140 to 55/115/175. Ox Force's armor and magic resist have been reduced to 10/40/90, and his Prankster trait has received a health and stun debuff at four breaking points.
All of the Attachment changes in the PBE focused on hero attachments, with the exception of the Duelist Crown change, which gave Hand of Justice instead of Edge of Night. The attack speed of the bonus speed for Kayle's hero attachment (carrier) has been reduced from 50% to 40%, and for Morgana both attachments have been buffed.
Updated Lucian's support hero plugin to work on champion abilities that trigger attack effects, and ability power increased from 10 to 20. Jhin's carrier addon has also been updated to drop gold from defeating the strongest Jhin.
