Terminator: Resistance is the latest game set in the Terminator universe and will once again pit you against the Terminators. The game features actors like Jacob Rivers, a character in John Connor's resistance to Skynet in the Terminator timeline set by the first two films. It takes place shortly after Judgment Day, and technically follows the original movie, tracing the events before Kyle Reese was sent back in time.
The new gameplay trailer gives us a better look at the game's combat system, but also hints at some of its more powerful elements. Your robot enemies will be immune to normal weapons, and if you're not equipped with lasers, you'll have to hide from the Terminators. You can see Rivers firing on the classic T-1000 exoskeletons in the gameplay trailer below. Besides that, it also shows moments when you may have to avoid fighting or use an electro-knife to kill your enemies.
