Remedy Entertainment Announces Ending Control Game

The game's director, Mikael Kasurinen, stated that their work was "the achievement of the best team in the world".

Completed Control, Remedy Entertainment 's upcoming third-person shooter . The game is fully completed, and the discs are ready for production and distribution. The game's release date is known as August , and as the release date approached, everyone started to wait holding their breath.

Mikael Kasurinen, Remedy's game director, described Control's work on "three" as the Finnish studio's work over the past three years has been "the achievement of the best team in the world." Control is scheduled to release exclusively for PC , PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on August 27.

Remedy's main animation programmer, Ville Ruusutie, offered some context on Kasurinen's news. In his own tweet, Ruusutie thinks the team "lost the animation middleware and wrote it from scratch", also citing it as a "huge risk", but thinks the studio did their best by overcoming the "major technical challenges" and taking some of these into account.

Control comes three years after the studio's latest discovery, Quantum Break . While Control is headed to PC , PlayStation 4 , and Xbox One , the game will be exclusive to the Epic Games Store .Control will come to Steam in the summer of 2020 .
