PUBG Mobile Tournaments Will Have A Total $14 Million Prize Pool in 2021

With the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2020 (PMGC 2020) League Stage starting today, PUBG Mobile Esports Director James Yang revealed in a video message the roadmap for the game's esports scene in 2021. PUBG Mobile will have a total prize pool of 14 million dollars next season. This amount may vary.



In more detail, James Yang announced that seven professional leagues for new regions will be added to the system in 2021. New locations that will have a professional league in the future:

  1. CIS (Independent States)
  2. Arabia Region
  3. Turkey
  4. West Europe
  5. North America
  6. Latin America
  7. Brazil

He also announced that the 2021 season will be split into four quarters; Q1 and Q3 will host PMCOs ( PUBG Mobile Club Open) and PMPLs ( PUBG Mobile Pro League) in Q2 and Q4. Between these quarters, many invitational events will take place in the summer. Ultimately, the season will culminate in the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 (PMGC 2021) at the end of the year. It has also been announced that registrations for the PMCO 2021 Spring Split will start earlier than January 1, 2021 and will close on January 24, 2021.
