New Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order Update Has Arrived!

Now everyone will be able to use the orange Lightsaber, whether they pre-ordered the game or not.

Respawn has released a new update for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order . The update fixes a few bugs and implements a few gameplay improvements, but mostly aims to unlock limited-time pre-order cosmetics for all players. Those who pre-order Fallen Order receive a special orange lightsaber blade color, as well as two hilts for Cal's lightsaber Mygeeto and Umbaran. Pre-ordering the game will unlock a special skin for both the BD-1 and Mantis. Now, all of this content is accessible to all players, regardless of whether they pre-ordered the game or not.



The rest of the update addresses some in-game bugs, such as applying a fix for the glitch that lets you use the Photomode camera to blast rockets. That's probably the big one, but there are also a few minor fixes, including language translations and improvements to collision.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order January 15 Update Patch Notes

• Fixed an issue where Bounty Hunters would sometimes get stuck in Zeffo.
• Not only did the Photomode camera explode rockets, it could also interact with trigger volumes on levels that could break the game. This has been fixed so you can continue playing the game after using Photomode. Unfortunately, this also means that the rockets will not be affected by the camera advance.
• Language translations have been updated.
• There was an issue where some text overlapped in Photomode for certain screen ratios. This has been fixed.
• Fixed Albino Wyyyschokk tactical guide entry not appearing for all users.
• Fixed Gorgara with a tendency to disappear on Dathomir at certain times.
