Riot Games has revealed the abilities of Bel'Veth, the newest League of Legends champion to hit Summoner's Rift. According to his biography, the champion is the result of "the combined memories, experiences, and emotions of a destroyed port city and its distant ocean." He has consumed the entire city and its memories, now attempting to destroy Runeterra and the Watchers.
The new LoL character will be a jungler and his abilities seem extremely strong for the jungle position.

Bel'veth's official biography describes him as "like a dark cancer that has metastasized to the heart of the Void, from which all Runeterra will be consumed and rebuilt in its own twisted image". She was also said to be "a dreadful empress born of the combined memories, experiences, and emotions of a destroyed port city and its distant ocean".
The trailer shows Vel'koz and Bel'veth having conflicting goals. While the Void initially tries to destroy everything in its path, Bel'veth seeks to reshape all of Runeterra to do everything in his own way.
However, there is also a high probability that we will see a Void event this year with hints from the start of the Season.

Much of Bel'Veth's gear is centered around attack speed, including its infinite scaling. Every time Bel'Veth kills an enemy champion or large neutral monster, he gains bonus attack speed with no cap. As her attack speed increases, most of her abilities have shorter cooldowns, but she also attacks a single enemy champion more, dealing some additional true damage.
Of course, the real star of Bel'Veth's kit is his Ultimate , which allows him to disguise himself in human form and transform into his true form as a gigantic Void creature . Bel'Veth can only transform if he has a piece of Void Coral, which he can obtain by killing enemy champions or large neutral targets. His true form grants him various buffs, such as higher health, movement speed, and attack speed.
Bel'Veth will debut in League of Legends' Public Beta Environment in the next few days, followed by live play two weeks later. Until then, here's a full look at all of his abilities:
Passive - Purple Death
Bel'Veth's 2 attacks speed up after casting an ability. Also, when Bel'Veth kills a large monster or champion, he permanently gains a stack of Lavender, granting bonus attack speed. Bel'Veth attacks faster than normal and is not affected by the attack speed cap, but his attacks and on-hits deal less damage and do not gain attack speed when leveling up.
Q - Void Rush
Bel'Veth dashes in one of four directions, dealing damage and applying on-hit effects to enemies in its path. Each direction has its own cooldown, which varies with attack speed.
W - In Heaven and on Earth
Bel'Veth slams its tail into the ground, damaging, knocking up, and slowing enemies. When this ability hits enemy champions, it reduces Q - Void Rush's dash cooldown towards the hit champion.
E - Noble Vortex
Bel'Veth condenses to repeatedly attack surrounding enemies, gaining damage reduction and lifesteal. Each attack targets the lowest living enemy in the vortex and deals more damage the lower their health is. The number of attacks increases with attack speed.
R - Eternal Feast
The 160th champion of League of Legends is Void-based jungler Bel'Veth. The Empress of the Void will flock to the Rift with her minionson June 8 in patch 12.11 .
