Patch 10.2 has arrived for League of Legends lovers ! The changes made in this patch will be a patch that strengthens the champions, traits and items that are actually in the game and have lost their effect / need attention. Apart from the power-ups, there are also a few nerfs. Champions, items, etc. that have lost a lot of their effect or require attention. It makes things more attractive. Riot Games also provides minor systemic adjustments to make the games go faster and more exciting. Full notes are in the list below;
Systems
Game Length
- PvE Rounds Planning Phase Duration: 30 seconds ⇒ 20 seconds
Item System- Small Loot Boxes: Removed the chance to drop 4 Gold (the overall values of the boxes are reduced by 15%).
- Medium Loot Boxes: Removed 7 Gold drop chances (the overall values of boxes decreased by 3%).
- Removed the worst rewards from loot boxes throughout the game, and especially in the first three PvE rounds. So in summary, even when you're out of luck, you'll find better rewards than before.
- Completed items now drop significantly less.
- Completed items only appear if you can drop component items. Your chances of achieving the best odds have not changed; however, the closer you get to this cap, the higher the chance of completed item drops.
- Two completed items no longer drop from PvE rounds in the same game. This change does not apply to epic monster rewards or circle.
- The probability of Nature's Might spawning in the circle has been drastically reduced.
Quality of Life Changes- PvE minions and monsters are no longer affected by Darkwind.
- The Attribute Tracker interface has been updated with colorful stages to highlight rare synergies (e.g. 9 flames).
- Updated the VFX for the Rune Spirit mini-legend.
- The mini legend and arena skin selection system in the lobby has been greatly improved. Don't forget to take a look.

- Bloodthirster's Lifesteal: 40% ⇒ 50%
- Guinsoo's Fury Attack Speed per stack: 4% ⇒ 5%
- Hextech Gunblade Lifesteal: 25% ⇒ 33%
- Iceborn Glove Freeze Duration: 1.5 seconds ⇒ 2.5 seconds
- Shield Value of Iron Solari's Pin: 250/275/300 ⇒ 250/275/350
- Luden's Echo Damage: 120/160/200 ⇒ 125/175/250
Features
Assassin- Critical Strike Damage Bonus: 50/150% ⇒ 65/225%
Sword master- No longer stacks more bonuses from bonus attacks provided by your max stat level (1/2/3). So in a nutshell, the chances of your champions performing infinite bonus attacks with basic attacks are much lower, if not impossible.
- Swordsman's chance to perform bonus basic attacks: 40% ⇒ 35%
Desert- Armor Reduction: 50/90% ⇒ 40/100%
Flame- Flame Damage: 70/140/210% ⇒ 70/150/250%
Wizard- Wizard: 100% Chance to Cast Ability Twice ⇒ 100% Chance to Cast Ability Twice and 20 AP to all mages
Shadow- Bonus Damage Duration: 5 seconds ⇒ 6 seconds
- Damage Bonus: 65/150% ⇒ 65/175%
Guard- Armor Buff: 150/300/450% ⇒ 150/300/999%
Forest- You need to get all jungle champions to copy them all.

Stage 1- Leona Damage Reduction: 40/90/140 ⇒ 40/80/120
Stage 2- Malzahar's Minion Health: 250/250/250 ⇒ 250/300/400
Stage 3- Ezreal Health: 600 ⇒ 650
- Ezreal Ability Damage: 200/400/800 ⇒ 225/450/900
- Karma Attack Speed Bonus: 60/70/80 ⇒ 40/60/80
- Sion Mana: 50/125 ⇒ 75/125
- Sivir's Ability Bounces: 10/10/10 ⇒ 5/7/9
- Veigar Ability Damage: 300/600/900 ⇒ 325/650/975
Stage 4- Olaf Attack Speed: 0.85 ⇒ 0.8
Three-Star Champion Adjustments- Renekton Ability Damage: 150/275/400 ⇒ 150/275/475
- Vladimir Ability Damage: 200/325/450 ⇒ 200/325/500
- Ashe's Ability Attack Speed Bonus: 50/75/250 ⇒ 50/75/100%
- Ashe's Ability Attack Damage Ratio: 0.3/0.35/0.4 ⇒ 0.3/0.35/0.75
Fixed Bugs- All tips have been updated.
- The electric hint now states that it deals magic damage.
- Karma's height is no longer 228 cm.
- Kindred's ability can now critically strike with Jeweled Gloves.
