It looks like there will be some debuffs on Vex, the new League of Legends champion that came in last patch . It's leaked early 11.20 patch notes that the champion's primary passive damage will be weakened in the late game as it deals very high damage and for Q - Wave of Depression, minion clear power gets overpowered in midgame due to a ratio increase from base damage and ability power .
