Riot is releasing the LoL 12.14 patch notes to balance the meta with a focus on pro gaming.
Riot is releasing patch notes for 12.14 to balance the meta with a focus on professional gaming . League of Legends Season 12 pretty much changed the entire meta with the mid-season Endurance update . Where previously games were about quick teamfights and kills, now teamfights tend to be more strategy oriented and take longer.
However, due to the Endurance update being so impactful and important, Riot had to make multiple fixes to balance the "strong" and "overwhelming" champions. Not to mention the inclusion of Bel'Veth and Nilah, which causes even more balancing nightmares.
According to League of Legends lead designer Riot Phroxzon, another large-scale update focusing on pro gaming is underway in patch 12.14 . “ Healing extreme nerfs, professional bloody changes, GP nerf to tops, and our regular balance changes (Pro meta focused) are coming to 12.14, ” said Riot Phroxzon . While the Teleport changes are scheduled for patch 12.14 , Riot is taking the Teleport changes from the PBE and focusing on "stability" for the remainder of the season.

In the LoL 12.14 patch notes, Jarvan IV, Teemo, Alistar, LeBlanc, and Varus will receive buffs, while Pantheon will have the jungler skill. Moreover, Sivir is getting another nerf along with Yuumi, Seraphine Bot, Gnar, Zeri and Renata.
