Battle Royale has gained fame on the mobile platform. Games like PUBG Mobile and Free Fire have become very popular among the community and have reached huge player bases.
A few weeks ago, update 1.1 was uploaded to PUBG Mobile's servers and the much anticipated Metro Royale mode was added to the game. Apart from that, a few other changes have been made, such as restrictions on guest accounts.
Guest account restrictions in PUBG Mobile
Apart from guest accounts, users also get various other options to create an account in PUBG Mobile such as Facebook, Gmail and Twitter. According to "pubgmobile.helpshift.com", the following are guest account restrictions:
#1 Level Restrictions: Users with guest accounts will only be able to reach the maximum Gold V level and the RP will remain unchanged. After linking the account, it will show the tier that the players originally had.
#2 Team Restrictions: Except for Rank Restrictions, players with guest accounts will not be able to join a team/other lobbies. They will also not be able to play the Duo / Squad game modes and will only be able to choose Solo.
#3 Audience Restriction: They would also have Audience Restriction and would not be able to watch other players. What's more, other users won't be able to watch them either.
#4 Online chat restriction: According to "Helpshift", a guest account holder cannot use public chat channels and therefore restricts him from communicating with others.
#5 Ranking restriction: Finally, there will also be a ranking restriction and they will not be able to rank up.
Therefore, it is recommended that users link their social media accounts to PUBG Mobile. Doing this will remove all restrictions. Moreover, it also helps them to keep their record in the game.
