League of Legends pre-season 11 update brought major changes to items and general champion items. The new legendary items not only completely changed the meta, but also introduced a lot of gameplay tweaks, making League of Legends feel like a completely new game. The League of Legends patch update 10.23 brought a lot to the table, and while some new items were overwhelming, most were completely broken. Riot Games really needs to bring a lot of balance tweaks to MOBA and League of Legendsgame design director Mark 'Scruffy' Yetter has spoken before about the tweaks that developers want to bring in patch 10.24. In a recent blog post titled "Quick Play Thoughts," Scruffy outlined some additional changes for future patches.
