League of Legends 11.13 PBE Patch Notes

League of Legends 11.13 patch notes are currently in testing on PBE servers. New Astronaut skins, revamped Tahm Kench and much more are coming to the valley soon.

League of Legends developers finally rolled up their sleeves to reduce mobility in many systems, including items and runes. Currently the 11.13 patch update to the test server focuses mainly on item and rune changes, along with a few minor champion changes. Below is a preview of the 11.13 patch notes, which will be available on the live servers on June 23, including the new and improved Tahm Kench overhaul and Astronaut costumes .

Aphelios

• Passive stat attack damage: 4-24 ⇒ 5-30
• Lethality of passive stats: 3.5-21 ⇒ 4.5-27

xayah

• Q damage per dagger: 45-125 ⇒ 50-150

Olaf

• Health per level 93 ⇒ 100

LoL 11.13 Patch Item Changes

• Restored health when downloading champions increased from 10% to 15%.
• Defeating a champion grants 30% bonus Movement Speed ​​for 2 seconds.

Trinity Force

• On-hit Movement Speed ​​reduced from 25 to 20 Attack Damage increased from 30 to 35.

Black Ax

• Increased the health value of the item from 400 to 450.

Cosmic Ride

• Item Movement Speed ​​changed from 10-30 depending on levels to a fixed 20
• Ability Power increased from 70 to 80.

Dead Man's Armor

• Reduced the item's charge time from 8 seconds to 4 seconds.
• Reduced the item's maximum Movement Speed ​​from 60 to 40.
• Damage on hit changed from [1-40 (+100% base AD) physical damage based on stack count] to [1-100 magic damage based on stack count].

Power of Nature

• New! Unique – Absorb: Heals [8% of max health] for 4 seconds after being immobilized
• This item no longer stacks Magic Resist and Movement Speed.

Galeforce

• Attack Damage reduced from 45 to 40
• Active – Stop Impact – increased damage dealt from 75% to 100%.
• Item slow effect changed from [40% decrease over 2 seconds] to [90%, 40% decrease over 3 seconds].
• Active's cooldown reduced from 20 seconds to 15 seconds.

Hullbreaker (New Item)

• Recipe: [Scratch + Phage + 825g] 50 Attack Damage 400 Health 150% Basic Health Regen
• Attributes: When no allied champions are nearby, you gain 20-45 Armor and Magic Resist and deal 20% more damage to turrets. Large minions nearby gain 60-135 Armor and Magic Resist and deal 200% more damage to turrets.

Lich Bane

• Item Movement Speed ​​reduced from 10% to 8%.
• Ability Power of the item increased from 70 to 75.

Prowler's Claw

• Item cooldown increased from 60 to 90.
• Targets affected by "Active" have changed to enemy champions specifically from any enemy unit.

Shurelya's War Song

• Active Movement Speed ​​– Inspiration changed from [60% decreasing (30% lower threshold) to [30% Movement Speed ​​(not decreasing)].
