With the release of the God of War PC version, fans of the series are wondering if God of War Ragnarok will come to PC in the future. Console-exclusive games are a common source of frustration for gamers who don't have or don't like consoles. The biggest surprise on this list is Horizon Forbidden West, the game is scheduled to launch for PlayStation in February but comes to PC in September of the same year.

While it's unlikely that God of War Ragnarok will make its way to PC without a proven success for the PC version of God of War, Sony may be embracing PlayStation-specific PC ports as a new industry standard.
It took four years for God of War to port to the PC platform, setting a timeline for God of War Ragnarok to become PlayStation exclusive and possible PC port development. Jetpack Interactive's work on developing a God of War PC version provides a timeline for the project's release. It is not yet known if Jetpack Interactive has started working on a PC port for Ragnarok.
While Sony has no word on whether God of War Ragnarok will release on PC, the model of PlayStation exclusives and God of War porting to PC is a promising sign. The popularity of the series, combined with the anticipation surrounding Ragnarok, suggests that PC sales could be promising for Sony and Santa Monica Studio's profits in the long run. Unfortunately, God of War Ragnarok is unlikely to hit PC anytime soon , as the game doesn't have a set release date yet . God of War Ragnarok is scheduled to release for PlayStation 4 and 5 in 2022.
