On the official Battlefield website, EA has revealed the minimum and recommended specs for the Battlefield V closed alpha. The publisher states that these features are strictly for alpha and won't apply to the final game, but give some hints as to the type of hardware gamers who might need the game to run on PC . EA would later release a statement that the specs were wrong, but the only real difference between them is that AMD processor gamers are the type that will be required to run the test. However, as EA said, these specs may not be indicative of the hardware required to play the full game when it launches later this year.
As mentioned earlier, Battlefield V closed alpha is only available to those who receive an invitation distributed to a "small group" of Battlefield players. It's closed alpha and gives players the chance to try out two modes, Norway's Conquest and Grand Operation Fall, although it doesn't include the game's announced Battle Royale mode.
Battlefield V was released for PS4 , Xbox One , and PC on October 19th . However, those who purchase the Deluxe Edition will be able to access it a few days earlier on October 16 .
